Using our Analysis tools, you can easily view the results of your monthly Student Surveys, look for trends, and compare results over time to see growth.
Overview
On the Surveys tab in Kickboard Next, you will see school-wide results for each question, as well as for each category. For each question, you will see the percent of students that responded positively, the percent change in positive responses since the last time the question was asked, and the total number of responses. Positive responses are represented by the top two answer choices — light green and dark green.
For each category, you can see the percent of students that responded positively and the change in positive responses since the last time the same category was surveyed.
Filtering Survey Data
Using our filter options, you can create a more refined data set to look for specific trends in certain categories or grade levels. You can access all filtering options on the right side of the page.
Using the Time Period dropdown menu, you can choose whether you'd like your data to include the current month's survey, the entire 3-month survey cycle, the entire year's data, or a custom time period. Once you have chosen your desired time period your data will automatically update to reflect your range.
To see survey results for specific grade levels you can expand the Grade Level filter on the right side. Click the arrow to list your school's grade levels and select which grade levels you'd like to include. Once you've made your selections, click Apply Filters to see your updated survey data.
To see survey results for specific SEL competencies or School Climate Measures, you can use the Category filter. Click the arrow to expand the category sections and choose which categories you'd like to include. Once you've made your selections, click Apply Filters to see your updated survey data.
