To reset your password through the mobile app, follow the steps below. You can reset it on a web browser by following these instructions.
Open the mobile app. Select Parent or Student depending on your role, and then tap Next.
Tap the gray Forgot your password? text.
You will be redirected to your phone's web browser. Enter your registered email address. Then tap SEND.
An email code has been sent to your email inbox. Retrieve the code, then return to the Family Portal log in screen.
If you need the code to be resent, you can click Resend Verification Code.
Create a password that you'll use to log in to the Family Portal in the future. It must be at least 8 characters long. Confirm the password and enter the email verification code. Tap RESET PASSWORD.
You will be brought to this screen on your phone's web mobile browser. You should return to the mobile app and log in with your new password there.
