Are there multiple students whose information you need to access? You can use the same log in information to view multiple students by adding them all to your existing Family Portal account.
You will need the additional student's access code—which you can get from your student's school—and the student's date of birth. To complete this process on a web browser, follow these instructions.
When you open the app, select the "Parent" option on the screen, then tap Next.
Tap the blue "Need to sign up or add another student? ENTER ACCESS CODE" text.
Enter the access code and birthday of the additional student. (The access code is not case sensitive.) Then tap the blue Next button.
Enter your email address. This must be the same email address you used when you created your first Family Portal account. Tap Continue.
Enter your registered account password associated with that email address, then tap Next.
You will now see the names of all students whose Family Portal accounts you have access to. Tap on the name of the student whose profile you would like to see.
To return to the list of students so that you can select another, tap Students on the top left.
