Balance and Behavior Count
When you record a behavior for a student, the two numbers to the far right of his/her name will change.
The number on the left is the number of behaviors that have been recorded for the student for the current day. This number can alert you to students who have significantly more or less recorded behaviors for the day than other students in the group.
The number on the right is the student's balance based on your school's culture metric (either daily, weekly, or yearly). If the recorded behavior has a 0 dollar or merit value, this number will not change.
Note: The colorful flags next to students' names indicate that a student has been triggered onto a consequence roster. For more information on consequence triggers, click here.
Daily Behavior History
Clicking the down arrow to the far right of a student's name will show the behaviors that have been recorded for the student for that day only along with the staff member who recorded the behavior, its value, and any notes attached to the behavior.
