Q: I want to print just a paycheck for my students. How can I do this?
A: Open a report (either by creating a new one or editing an existing one). In the gray column on the left side of the screen, deselect all sections except for the section titled Paycheck so that it is the only section that has a blue check box next to it. Then select the green Save button. Run the report following the instructions outlined here.
Q: How do I get the weekly total on my report?
A: Open a report (either by creating a new one or editing an existing one). In the gray column on the left side of the screen, click the black text that says Behavior List. From there, select the box next to the name of your school’s culture system total (e.g. Merit Total or Dollars Total). Below this name, you’ll see the words “Display today's total, this week's total, and yearlong total.” in gray text. Once the box is checked, click the green Save button.
Q: Can I run a report for any date range I choose?
A: The only date ranges you can run student reports for are:
- This Week
- Last Week
- Current Culture Week
- Last Culture Week
- Any marking periods you have set up on your site
If you would like to get behavioral data for a date range not included above, you can run a slightly different report called a Character Report by going to Students > Character Reports and adjusting the date range from there.
Q: I have a group that contains multiple grade levels. How can I print reports for that entire group at one time?
A: Great question! It is not currently possible to print all reports for a mixed grade group at one time. You will need to print the reports by grade level. Go to Students > Reports and click the button to the far right of the report name. Under the Filter Students section, select the Group name first from the Groups drop-down, and then select one grade level in the group from the Grades dropdown. Click the green button. Once you have printed the reports for this grade level, return to the Run reports page, select the group again, and then choose another grade level within that group to run the report for.
