The Attendance Management screen described below is accessible only by Administrators. Teachers should record attendance using the Present and Absent buttons on the Daily Activity page and report to an Administrator if an attendance record needs to be updated.
- Go to Culture > Attendance Management
- Use the Grade and Group dropdown selection boxes to choose the group(s) of students and display their current attendance status.
- Select the student whose attendance status needs to be changed, then select the new attendance status from the options on the right. You can also add details into the Attendance Comments/Notes box, if desired.
- Click Submit
