Classroom Accounts: Intro to Assessment Scorecards

Let's get started!

In order to record assessment data in Kickboard, you will need to create an Assessment Scorecard. When you create a scorecard, you will need to enter the assessment's details (e.g. name, date, type, and course).

You will also align it to the skills that it covers. Kickboard doesn't record simple letter grades or overall percentage scores for assessments like a traditional gradebook. Kickboard takes you one level deeper by showing you how your students performed on specific skills that the assessment covers.

Finally, you will have to assign students to the scorecard and enter their scores for each skill.

There are two ways to enter assessment data for a scorecard; manually or uploading a template.

For directions for both methods, click here.
