Step 2: Academics

Set up how you would like your academics to appear on your report cards.  You can choose how your grades will be displayed, GPA options, etc.  Once complete, click Next!

**Cumulative GPA Calculations**

Cumulative GPA scores are an overall average across each subject and their GPA point values for ALL periods.

First, you need to match up the subject grade score with the corresponding course's grading scale point for that grade, and that point is their 'GPA' point for that single course(subject/grade). So if they got a 75 in ELA in Q1 and the GPA equivalent for that grade score in the ELA course settings grading scale is a 2, that would be their point for that course/period. So you'd find the equivalent gpa score for each subject for each available marking period and average those to find the cumulative GPA.

Step 3: Behavior & Character

Here you'll find options for displaying behavior and character data.  You can choose to display certain behaviors, weekly paycheck averages (only if you use your dollar system), or skip this step altogether if you choose to not display behavioral data on your report cards.  Click Next!

Step 4: Comments and Extras

Choose which types of “extra data sets” you would like to display.  An “extra data set” is the additional info that will be entered manually by teachers and admins after the report card set is built, such as teacher comments.  Click Next!

Step 5: Review & Confirm

Review your new Report Card Set to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.  If you have and you would like to make some edits, simply click on the area you would like to edit in the thermometer bar, then click the "Review & Confirm" area in the thermometer bar.  When everything is as to your liking, click Build New Report Card Set.  This will take up to a minute to process based on the size of your school. Click Next one more time!
