Creating a Growth Intervention Plan
1. Navigate to "Students->Intervention Plan"
2. Select the green “Create New Intervention Plan” button.
3a. Enter a plan name.
3b. Select the grade and student for the intervention plan.
3c. Select a tier for the intervention plan.
3d. If you want an additional staff member to have edit abilities for this intervention plan, select that staff member from the assigned staff dropdown. This field is optional.
3e. Select “Growth” from the plan specifics.
4a. Select the course for your growth goal.
4b. Select the student’s starting level.
4c. Select a goal level for your student. This is the minimum level in the selected course that you would like your student to demonstrate by the end of the intervention plan.
4d. Select an intervention to add to your intervention plan. This will populate with all active interventions in the intervention library.
4e. Select a start date and an end date for the intervention.
4f. If you wish to add more than one intervention to this intervention plan, select “Add Additional Intervention."
4g. If you would like to add additional notes to the intervention plan, select “Intervention Notes."
