1. Log on as KB Admin or School Admin
2. Go to Students > Roster
3. Select the orange graph icon next to the student you would like to withdraw
4. Select the grey Edit button in the Student Details header
5. Deselect the Active checkbox under Student Information for School Year
6. Select an end date.
Please note the end date can be today or in the past, so long as it falls in the current academic school year and is after the most recent start date.
7. Click Update Student. The system will check to make sure no data (behaviors, attendance, etc) have been entered after the end date. For information on this data validation, please see the Error Handling article.
You're all done! Now the receiving school can transfer the student into their school.
