There are four views in which you can analyze culture data: School, Groups, Teachers and Student.
In each view, you can use the checklist in the behavior drop-down menu to analyze specific combinations of behaviors.
While the default date range is the school year, you can also choose a specific date range that you want to analyze.
Once you've selected your desired behavior(s) and date range, click the gray button.
On each view, you can also print the data or export it into an Excel .csv file by clicking the buttons at the top of the page.
SCHOOL VIEW:
The graph that appears on school view will show you the change in the number of incidents of the selected behaviors over time by grade level. Hovering over one of the shapes on the line graph will tell you the exact number of behaviors that were recorded at that point in time.
Clicking on any grade level on the top left of the graph will remove that grade's line from the graph.
Below the graph, you'll see Breakdown by Day, Breakdown by Grade, and Top 5 Students.
Breakdown by Day will show you the number of selected behaviors that were recorded on each day of the week for the selected time period. This can help you identify behavior trends. Hovering over one of the blue bars will tell you the exact numbers behaviors that were recorded on that week day in the date range.
Breakdown by Grade will give you a different view of the selected behaviors recorded for each grade level for the selected time period. Hovering over one of the colored sections will tell you the exact number of behaviors recorded for the grade level.
Top 5 Students will provide you with the names of the students with the most selected behaviors recorded for the time period. This number is a combination of any positive, negative, and neutral behaviors selected.
GROUPS VIEW:
After you've selected your behaviors and date range, select the grade level and the group(s) you wish to analyze, then click the gray button.
The graph that appears on Groups view will show you the change in the number of incidents of the selected behaviors over time by group. Hovering over one of the shapes on the line graph will tell you the exact number of behaviors that were recorded at that point in time.
Clicking on any grade level on the top left of the graph will remove that grade's line from the graph.
Below the graph, you'll see Breakdown by Day, Breakdown by Group, and Top 5 Students.
Unlike with the School View, which shows you a Breakdown by Grade, the Groups view will show you a Breakdown by Group. Hovering over one of the colored sections will tell you the exact number of selected behaviors recorded for the group for the selected date range.
TEACHERS VIEW:
After you've selected your behaviors and date range, select the grade level and teacher(s) you wish to analyze and click the gray button.
The graph that appears on Teachers view will show you the change in the number of incidents of the selected behaviors over time by teacher. Hovering over one of the shapes on the line graph will tell you the exact number of behaviors that were recorded at that point in time.
Clicking on any teacher's name on the top left of the graph will remove that teacher's line from the graph.
Below the graph, you'll see a Breakdown by Teacher. Hovering over one of the colored sections will tell you the exact number of selected behaviors recorded by that teacher for the selected date range.
STUDENT VIEW:
After you've selected your behaviors and date range, select the group and the student you wish to analyze, then click the gray button.
The graph that appears on Student view will show you the change in the number of incidents of the selected behaviors over time for the student. A line representing the average for the selected student's grade level will also appear. Hovering over one of the shapes on the line graph will tell you the exact number of behaviors that were recorded at that point in time.
Below the graph, you'll see a Breakdown by Behavior. Hovering over one of the colored sections will tell you the exact number of times that behavior was recorded for the student in the selected date range.
The 5 most recent behaviors recorded for the student will also appear below the graph.
