There are four views in which you can analyze culture data: School, Groups, Teachers and Student.
In each view, you can use the checklist in the behavior drop-down menu to analyze specific combinations of behaviors.
While the default date range is the school year, you can also choose a specific date range that you want to analyze.
Once you've selected your desired behavior(s) and date range, click the gray button.
The graph that appears on school view will show you the change in the number of incidents of the selected behaviors over time by grade level. Hovering over one of the shapes on the line graph will tell you the exact number of behaviors that were recorded at that point in time.
Clicking on any grade level on the top left of the graph will remove that grade's line from the graph.
Below the graph, you'll see Breakdown by Day, Breakdown by Grade, and Top 5 Students.
Breakdown by Day will show you the number of selected behaviors that were recorded on each day of the week for the selected time period. This can help you identify behavior trends.
Breakdown by Grade will give you a different view of the selected behaviors recorded for each grade level for the selected time period. Hovering over one of the colored sections will tell you the exact number of behaviors recorded for the grade level.
Top 5 Students will provide you with the names of the students with the most selected behaviors recorded for the time period. This number is a combination of any positive, negative, and neutral behaviors selected.
