According to most traditional grading scales, a skill is considered mastered when a student has a grade of 80% or higher for that skill. A mastered skill is colored green.
For example, you'll see that Wyatt and Sam mastered one of the three skills on this assessment, while Quinton mastered two.
To change the default Mastery Thresholds and Grading Scales for all courses for the entire school, go to Settings > Academic Settings. Here, the changes you make will apply to all courses.
Kickboard also gives you the flexibility to change the Mastery Thresholds and Grading Scales to fit each individual courses needs. School Admin can go to Settings > Courses/Skills and click the edit pencil to the far right of the course. Here you can update an individual course's settings.
