You have a teacher who needs extra support with classroom management. Before you meet with that teacher, you want to see which interactions she is recording most often during class. You can see this information on the staff member’s profile page.
Start by going to the Staff tab and adjusting the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period drop down in the top right, then click on any two dates to select a range. Once the start and end dates are selected, click anywhere outside the dropdown to apply the date range filter.
Note: Any of the parameters you set on the main Staff tab—in either the Advanced Filters or on the calendar function—will persist for the data found in the staff profile.
To access the staff member’s profile, click on the staff member’s name.
You can also access a staff member’s profile by typing the staff member’s name into the search bar on the top of the screen.
There are three views in the staff profile: Timeline, Students, and Interactions. To see which interactions are being recorded most by this teacher, select the Interactions tab.
You will see the number of records for each interaction listed in the Count column. To sort this list from highest to lowest and to see which interactions are being recorded most frequently by this teacher, click the Count column header twice.. This information can help guide your conversation with the teacher about how s/he is responding to student behavior in class.
