To access Kickboard Analysis as a School or Kickboard Admin, navigate to Culture > KB Next (beta). If you are designated as a Teacher on Kickboard, follow these instructions.
Ensuring solid, consistent usage across your campus is important to make sure your Kickboard system will help you meet your school culture goals.
To see how many interactions your teachers are recording in Kickboard, access the staff table by clicking Staff in the filter panel on the right side of the screen.
Next, adjust the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then either select a preset time range or choose a custom range.
Double-check that you have all students, staff, and interactions selected. To select specific students, staff, or behaviors, simply click the arrow next to the section you'd like to expand and select which options you'd like to include in your data. Once you have selected your desired students, staff and interactions, click Apply Filters.
Next to each staff member’s name, the number of interactions the staff member has recorded, and the positivity ratio percentage for the set parameters. The Interactions column will indicate how much teachers are engaging with Kickboard. You can click on the heading name to sort the rows from lowest to highest or vice versa.
