To access Kickboard Answers as a School or Kickboard Admin, navigate to Culture > Answers (Beta). If you are designated as a Teacher on Kickboard, follow these instructions.
Being able to determine which students have received zero records of a particular behavior can help you to celebrate the students who haven’t earned negative behaviors that your school is focusing on trying to decrease.
To see which students have earned zero of a particular behavior, navigate to the Students tab by clicking Students on the top left of the screen.
Adjust the date range for which you want to analyze the consequence data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then click on any two dates to select a range. Once the start and end dates are selected, click anywhere outside the dropdown to apply the date range filter.
Double check that you have all the students you need selected. When you first log in the Kickboard Answers, the student selection will be filtered to only your default group. If you want to include all students, click the arrow on the Include dropdown then click Check All.
Click Advanced Filters.
Click the arrow on the Interactions dropdown.
Click both Uncheck All and Show Interactions.
This will display all behaviors and consequences on your site grouped by their category names. Select the box(es) next to the behavior(s) you want to include in the total count per student.
In the Interactions column, you will see the number of times each student has earned the behavior for the selected time period. Students will be listed in alphabetical order by last name by default. To see who has earned zero records of the selected behavior, click the Interactions heading two times to sort from the lowest number of interactions to the highest.
