To access Kickboard Analysis as a School or Kickboard Admin, navigate to Culture > KB Next (beta). If you are designated as a Teacher on Kickboard, follow these instructions.
Being able to determine which students have received zero records of a particular behavior can help you to celebrate the students who haven’t earned negative behaviors that your school is focusing on trying to decrease.
To see which students have earned zero of a particular behavior, navigate to the students table by clicking Students in the filter panel on the right side of the screen.
Next, adjust the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then either select a preset time range or choose a custom range.
Double check that you have all the students you need selected. When you first log in to Kickboard Analysis, the student selection will be filtered to include all students. If you want to include specific students, click the arrow next to students and choose the appropriate grades, groups, or students.
Click on the box next to Interactions to deselect all behaviors from the filter.
Click the arrow to expand to see all the behavior categories, then click the arrow next to the behavior category containing your desired behavior. This will expand to display all behaviors within that category. Select the box(es) next to the behavior(s) you want to include in the total count per student. Once you have made your selections, click Apply Filters.
In the Interactions column, you will see the number of times each student has earned the behavior for the selected time period. Students will be listed in alphabetical order by last name by default. To see who has earned zero records of the selected behavior, click the Interactions heading two times to sort from the lowest number of interactions to the highest.
