Being able to see how many times a student has earned a particular consequence (whether positive or corrective) can allow you to identify students with a pattern of behavior. This can help you determine which students may need additional support or additional recognition.
To see how many times students have earned a particular consequence, navigate to the students table by clicking Students in the filter panel on the right side of the screen.
Next, adjust the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then either select a preset time range or choose a custom range.
Now let's narrow the data down to the particular consequence that you are interested in. In the filter panel to the right, click on the arrow next to the Interactions filter to expand your list of interaction categories.
Click on the check box next to the word Interactions to deselect all interaction categories.
Find the “Consequences” category and click on the arrow to expand it, then click the checkbox to select the specific consequence you are interested in.
Lastly, you must click the Apply Filters button to update the data in the table to reflect your updated selections.
In the Interactions column, you will see the number of times each student has earned the selected consequence for the selected time period. Students will be listed in alphabetical order by last name by default, but you can click the interactions column heading to sort the table from highest to lowest.
