Being able to see how many times a student has earned a particular consequence (whether positive or problematic) can allow you to identify students with a pattern of behavior. This can help you determine which students may need additional support or additional recognition.
To see how many times students have earned a particular consequence, navigate to the Students tab by clicking Students on the top left of the screen.
Adjust the date range for which you want to analyze the consequence data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then click on any two dates to select a range. Once the start and end dates are selected, click anywhere outside the dropdown to apply the date range filter.
Double check that you have all the students you need selected. When you first log in the Kickboard Answers, the student selection will be filtered to only your default group. If you want to include all students, click the arrow on the Include dropdown then click Check All.
Click the arrow on the Interactions dropdown.
Click both Uncheck All and Show Interactions.
This will display all behaviors and consequences on your site grouped by their category names. Under the “Consequences” heading, select the consequence you are interested in viewing data for.
In the Interactions column, you will see the number of times each student has earned the selected consequence for the selected time period. Students will be listed in alphabetical order by last name by default. Click the Interactions heading two times to sort the list from lowest number of consequences to highest. Click it again to sort from highest to lowest.
