Your school has configured Kickboard to track consequences for positive and negative student behaviors. You want to know which consequences are being earned most often.
In order to see which consequences are being recorded most often, select the Interactions tab. The term “interactions” refers to both behavior and consequence records.
Next, adjust the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then click on any two dates to select a range. Once the start and end dates are selected, click anywhere outside the dropdown to apply the date range filter.
Double check that you have all students and staff selected. When you first log in the Kickboard Answers, the student selection will be filtered to only your default group. If you want to include all students and staff, start by clicking Advanced Filters.
Then click Check All for each dropdown to select all the available Students and Staff.
Use the Include dropdown to filter the list of interactions down to show only your consequences. Click Uncheck All, then check off the Consequences category. If you want to choose only certain consequences from within that category, click Show Interactions.
Now that all your filters are set, you will see the number of records for each consequence listed in the Count column. To sort this list from highest to lowest, click the Count column header twice.
