Your school decided to track a variety of behavior interactions in Kickboard, so it's important to know how these are being used. This could help you identify strengths and areas for improvement.
In order to see which behaviors or consequences are being recorded most often, select the Interactions tab in the filter panel on the right side of the screen. The term “interactions” refers to both behavior and consequence records.
You can change the date range for the data table by using the Time Period filter on the right. By clicking on the drop-down menu, you can select one of the preset options or select your own custom range.
Using the Students, Staff, and Interactions filters below that, you can click the arrows on the dropdown menus to drill down to certain students, staff, or interactions (both behaviors and consequences). Within each filter dropdown, the options are categorized into groups. You can select the box next to a section or group to select all the options within that group. You can also click the arrow next to a group to expand the list to all the individual staff members, students, or interactions within that grouping. Once you have made all of your filter selections, you must click the Apply Filters button above the selections to update the data accordingly. Clicking Reset Filters will restore the default selections for the drop down filters.
Now that all your filters are set, you will see the number of records for each interaction listed in the Count column. To sort this list from highest to lowest, click the Count column header twice.
Now you know which interactions are being recorded most frequently.
