Your team is trying to creating a happy and safe school culture. You can use Kickboard to help analyze how positive your teachers interactions are with their students.
To see if teachers are recording enough positive interactions, click Staff on the top left of the screen.
Adjust the date range of the search by using the Time Period filter. By default, the time period will be your current culture week. Click the dropdown and select any two dates from the calendar to select that date range.
Double check that you have all students, staff, and interactions selected. When you first log in the Kickboard Answers, the student selection will be filtered to only your default group. If you want to include all students, staff, and interactions, start by clicking Advanced Filters. Then click Check All for each dropdown to select all the available Interactions, Students, and Staff.
You can see the average positivity percentage for all staff above the table of your teachers. We encourage schools to aim for a 3:1 positive to negative ratio, so 75% or above would indicate a healthy level of positivity.
The percentage listed in the Positivity column will indicate how many of the records entered by that staff member were positive versus negative. You can click on the Positivity column header to sort the teachers from lowest to highest or vice versa.
