Being able to determine which students have earned the most of a particular behavior can be helpful when trying to celebrate a certain core value or highlighted behavior that the school has been focusing on. It can also be used to identify student who may need additional support in a particular area.
To see which students have earned the most of a particular behavior, navigate to the students table by clicking Students in the filter panel on the right side of the screen.
Next, adjust the time period for which you want to analyze the data. Click on the Time Period dropdown in the top right, then either select a preset time range or choose a custom range.
Now let's narrow the data down to the particular behavior that you are interested in. In the filter panel to the right, click on the arrow next to the Interactions filter to expand your list of interaction categories.
Click on the check box next to the word Interactions to deselect all interaction categories.
Find the appropriate category and click on the arrow to expand it, then click the checkbox to select the specific behavior you are interested in.
Lastly, you must click the Apply Filters button to update the data in the table to reflect your updated selections.
In the Interactions column, you will see the number of times each student has earned the behavior for the selected time period. Students will be listed in alphabetical order by last name. To see who has earned the most records of the selected behavior, click the Interactions heading three times to sort from the highest number of interactions to the lowest.
