To take a closer look at a specific staff member’s data, you can access the staff member’s profile.
Go to the Staff view, then click on the staff member’s name in the Name column.
You can also enter a staff member’s profile by typing the staff member’s name into the search bar on the top of the screen.
Note: Any of the parameters you set on the main Staff tab—in either the Advanced Filters or on the calendar function—will persist for the data found in the student profile.
There are three views in the staff profile: Timeline, Students, and Interactions.
As Kickboard Answers is currently in beta, the Timeline view hasn’t been fully built out yet and will read “No interactions” for every staff member regardless of whether or not this is true. Once it is functional, this view will list every interaction the staff member has recorded from most recent to least recent. The Timeline view will be helpful if you wish to see a chronological view of the staff member’s interaction history.
The Students view is helpful if you would like to see how the volume or positivity of interactions varies by student for the staff member. This view will list all students and the number of interactions recorded for that student by the staff member. It will also list the positivity ratio for those interactions. You can click the blue heading names to sort the rows from highest to lowest or vice versa.
The Interactions view is helpful if you want to identify which behaviors a staff member records most or least frequently. The Interactions tab will list each interaction and the number of times that staff member has recorded it as well as the value of that interaction. The colored dots on the left hand side indicate the interaction’s quick button color if there is one associated with it. You can click the blue heading names to sort the rows from highest to lowest or vice versa.
