The interactions tab will provide data listed by behavior and consequence. This view is helpful for analyzing how often different interactions are being recorded.
To access the Interactions tab, click on the Interactions button at the top left of the screen.
You can adjust the parameters of the data by clicking the Advanced Filters button.
From here, click the arrows on the dropdown menus to select which interactions (both behaviors and consequences), students, and staff you would like to include in the search. Within each filter dropdown, the options are categorized into groups. There are options to Check All or Uncheck All. You can also click Show to expand the groupings to list all the individual staff members, students, or interactions.
You can also change the date range for the search by adjusting the calendar function on the top right.
Once you have made these adjustments, under the heading called “Count,” you will see the number of times the listed interaction was recorded for the set parameters. You will also see the Dollar or Merit value for that interaction under “Value.” You can click on the heading names to sort the rows.
To see a graph view of the data, click the graph icon in the center of the page under the filters.
You will be brought to a page that will show you a visual representation of the data over time. You can adjust how the data is displayed by using the options on the top right:
- Categories- Select Categories to show one line per interaction category
- Interactions- Select Interactions to show one line per individual interaction
- Unit- Select if you would like to graph the data by Days, Weeks, or Months
