The Staff tab will display culture data organized by staff member. You can use this tab to compare usage data among your staff members or to drill down into a specific staff member’s profile.
To access the Staff tab, click the Staff button on the top left of the screen.
You can adjust the parameters of the data by clicking the Advanced Filters button.
Click the arrows on the dropdown menus to select which staff, students, and interactions (both behaviors and consequences) you would like to include in the search. Within each filter dropdown, the options are categorized into groups. There are options to Check All or Uncheck All. You can also click Show to expand the groupings to list all the individual staff members, students, or interactions.
You can also change the date range for the search by adjusting the calendar function on the top right.
Once you have made these adjustments, you will see the average health score, number of interactions, and positivity ratio for the set parameters.
Next to the name of the staff members, you will see their individual health scores, the number of interactions they’ve recorded, and their positivity ratios for the set parameters. You can click on the heading names to sort the rows from lowest to highest or vice versa.
To see a graph view of the data, click the graph icon in the center of the page under the filters.
You will be brought to a page that will show you a visual representation of the data over time. You can adjust how the data is displayed by using the options on the top right:
- Teams- Select Teams to show one combined line for all staff
- Staff- Select Staff to show one line per staff member
- Metric- Use the Metric drop down to graph Positivity (percentage) or Interactions (count)
- Unit- Select if you would like to graph the data by Days, Weeks, or Months
