To send an activation email to staff members, administrators should:
- Go to Classic, then Settings > Students and Staff > Staff.
- Under the "Send activation" column, select the box next to the staff member's name you'd like to send the email to. You can select as many staff members as needed at one time.
- A gray box that reads "Send Activation" will appear. Click this button to send the email.
- Emails will be sent as soon as you click Send Activation. You will see a message that reads, "Sent # staff activation notices."
You can repeat this process if the staff member never receives the email. The activation code in the email will only be valid for three days after the email is sent.
