When: 1-2 hours, preferably before summer break

Roster Roll Over
Why: Complete the technical work necessary to make sure the site is ready to use.
Who: Kickboard Admin with access to student information (e.g. Registrar, Front Office Administrator, Data Manager)
When: 1-2 hours, when preliminary rosters for the new year are ready

Build Student Groups
Update your staff list
|Restart daily or weekly deposits, if applicable. (Settings > Climate > Culture > Schedule)|
Why: Make sure your team knows how to use Kickboard to help you meet your goals.
Who: Whole School Staff
When: 30-60 minutes, before the new school year begins
|Schedule at least 30 minutes with your staff during your back-to-school professional development for a Kickboard refresher and to get new teachers up to speed.|
|Before the training, share this video with any new staff to give them an overview of the basic Kickboard functionality.|
